Addiction Treatment Centre-North Perth
Let Us Introduce Ourselves! A note from Jenn and Donna
Hi and Welcome to Recode-me!
Jenn and I, together have a combined experience of over 35 years in the treatment of addictions. We have both worked as Clinical Co-ordinators in one of Australia’s largest and most successful Residential Therapeutic Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facilities. We combine this unique professional experience with a lived experience of addiction in different ways. Together we know what works and we are passionate about helping those affected by alcohol and other drugs and their families. We understand the complexities of addiction.
It's not solely about getting people clean. It’s about giving people the tools and strategies to go on and live rich, full and meaningful lives. Many treatment programs only focus on the initial stage of treatment-getting people clean and forget about the next stage - which in our eyes is the most important phase, RE-connection.
How do people especially those who have self medicated for years know how to live? The answer is often they don’t!
Most drug and alcohol treatment centres only focus their success rates by program completion. At Recode-me we know it's much more than clean time. It's about learning a different way to live, to RE-cover, RE-connect, RE-wire, RE-socialise and RE-create.
If this sounds like something you or a loved one would like or need help with, and want real long term tangible change that is sustainable, read on….

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT OUR WORK
Approximately three years ago I realised my life needed to change in many ways, I had hit a low point and allowed myself to travel down the dark and lonely road of drug dependency and all that goes with it. Through a friend I was extremely fortunate to engage with North Perth Psychology Centre, there I was introduced to the Recode-me program, this is when my journey of change began, through guidance, support, belief and so many other skillsets I realised the person I had become wasn’t the person I wanted to be nor needed.
Courage once again surfaced in my life, along with my values that had been clouded by drug addiction, through time, effort and the power of positive thinking my life has turned around, I feel very honoured and special to have found this support I need to provide me with the extra tools required to continue this journey of life and happiness with true meaning and purpose.

that is alcohol free....if so let us RE-create, RE-boot and RE-vamp your social events so that people can RE-connect and celebrate without the headaches.
The clinical evidence tells us that when family members engage in treatment this improves outcomes for the person in addiction as well as RE-ducing stress and increasing RE-silience for the rest of the family and significant others.
Each family is different and we are committed to working with you to find what works for your family.
AT Recode we support the family to be part of the drug free body program offering family meeting and education, this can Re-Duce the shame and isolation often experienced by families, educate new ways to move forward and can provide inspiration and wisdom.
In response to requests from clients who have successfully completed treatment with recode, and would like others to benefit from the Recode experience, we have developed ReGift- a way to anonymously pay it forward.
